Since 2000, Olsonwells has offered innovative and creative communications design, servicing the development and implementation of creative-centric projects across brand, marketing, graphic design, social and digital environments.
Erica has always been pro-small business and start-ups, establishing Olsonwells in 2000 while working at Publicis Mojo Advertising.
After delivering major projects for NRMA she started consulting to SME business, understanding both the business of design as well as the deliverables required for small business in the digital, ambient and promotional arenas. Personal loves are branded environments, wayfinding and navigational/infographic projects such as the ones delivered for both UTS library and UNSW office spaces.
As a TAFE NSW Visual Communications teacher at Design Centre Enmore (2011-16), she is passionate about mentoring young designers, has a great sense of humour and works collaboratively with owners and committees alike.
Olsonwells philosophy is summed up in the immortal words of Yoda (green yogi from Star Wars), as “Do or Do Not – there is no Try”…(watch via Youtube).
Our design-led thinking business process brings a structured approach to the generation, development, refinement and implementation of concepts, campaigns, artwork and production. We work to deadlines, existing constraints and any other client requirements.
